Here are some helpful tips and tricks when using our help centre or chatting with Sim, our AI chatbot.

Find answers in our help centre

Find the answers you need in our help centre without leaving the screen you are on. When you are logged in, simply open the messenger icon on the bottom right of your screen and click on the Help tab.

  • Look for articles within a collection, or explore the popular articles section to find what you are looking for.

  • To surface the right articles, search by relevant keywords. For example if you are looking for help to connect a channel, use keywords “connect channel”.

  • To help us improve our content, give feedback by clicking on the emoji rating at the bottom of the article.

  • Our help centre is multilingual, at the top right of your screen you can change your preferred language. If you can’t find answers in your preferred language, we recommend switching to English.

  • At the end of each article, you will find some related articles that you might find helpful.

Find answers with Sim, our AI chatbot

Ask a question to Sim, our AI chatbot, if you’re not sure where to find the answer on our help centre.

  • Ask Sim your questions. It will find answers or point you to helpful articles. If Sim doesn’t understand, you can provide more detailed information for a more specific answer.

  • We recommend starting your question with a full sentence, like you would when chatting with a real person. For example, ask Sim “How do I create a room type?”

  • To start a chat with Sim, when you are logged in, open the messenger icon on the bottom right of your screen and click Ask a question.

  • You can chat to Sim in English or Spanish.
