About the new Website builder
The new Website builder is a faster, simpler way to create and customise a professional website for your property. A modern website helps guests trust your property and book directly with you, commission-free, and you can update your content, pages, images, and branding yourself without technical help.
It is not a copy of your current website. It builds a cleaner structure using information already in Little Hotelier, such as your property details, rooms, rates, and amenities. You then review and improve your content, add images and branding, connect your Booking Engine, and launch when you are ready.
About the beta
The new Website builder is currently in beta, giving you early access to help shape a product built for independent accommodation businesses. Taking part is voluntary and there is no additional cost. You decide when to switch: your current website stays live while you build, and nothing changes publicly until you choose to launch.
Your beta guide
The Website Builder Beta Guide is your main resource during the beta. It covers the full setup process step by step, along with FAQs and troubleshooting, so read it before you start and return to it whenever you need.
Set up your website
Go to Direct Booking, where you will see two Website builder options in the left-hand navigation. Open the one marked Beta and select Get started.
From there you will:
Follow the on-screen instructions to add and update your pages, branding, images, and property content.
Review your content and connect your Booking Engine. If you have a custom domain, connect it before you launch.
Launch your website. Your current website is then taken offline and your new website becomes the one guests see.

Will my existing website content be copied across?
Your core property information (rooms, rates, amenities) will be carried over to give you a head start. Because the new Website Builder uses a new page structure, you will need to review or recreate important SEO content and page URLs before launching the new website. Make sure to review copy and page arrangements and add images to complete your fresh website.
Will my current website stay live while I build?
Yes. Your current website remains live while you explore and build the new website. Guests will continue to see your current website until you decide to launch your new website.
