What is it?
The Feedback ratings page contains all the feedback that guests gave you during and after their stay.
When you send a feedback email to your guest, it asks them to rate their stay:
This page lists the ratings that your guests left you, and also you can see the action they took (if any):
Interacting with guest feedback
This guest was very happy with their stay and gave us a rating of 5, but did not go on to complete the Tripadvisor review
This guest was happy with their stay and gave us a rating of 4, and went on to complete the Tripadvisor review
This guest was very unhappy with their stay and gave us a rating of 1, and went on to complete our internal feedback form
Clicking the guest's name will open the guest's profile for that stay, where for example, we can see the results of the survey the guest completed.
