Set up when guests see your survey or Tripadvisor review options after their stay.
Choose when to show your survey or direct guests to Tripadvisor
Control whether guests see your feedback survey, are sent to Tripadvisor, or both.
1. In Guest Engagement, go to Feedback > Settings.
2. Select your preferred Survey status. Choose to show your survey form for ratings 3 and below, 4 and below, or 5 and below.
3. To enable Tripadvisor integration, in the Review provider, select Tripadvisor.
4. Choose your Review collection threshold. Options are: Always, Collect reviews if rating 3 and above, Collect reviews if rating 4 and above, Collect reviews only if rating 5, or Disabled.
Set up feedback notifications
To set up e-mail notifications for completed surveys:
1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Enter the desired e-mail address in the Feedback field.
💡 To send notifications to multiple e-mail addresses, separate each address with a comma.
View guest feedback
To view individual survey responses:
1. Go to Guest activity > Feedback.
2. Select either Post-stay feedback or During-stay feedback tab.
3. Click the guest's name to open their profile.
4. Select the Post-stay feedback tab to view their survey results.
Access feedback analytics
To view overall feedback performance:
1. Go to Analytics > Feedback.
2. From here you can view:
* Post-stay rating: See guest satisfaction trends, e-mail statistics, and rating breakdowns.
* Survey results: View aggregated survey responses filtered by daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
