Create and manage surveys in Guest Engagement to collect feedback during and after a guest's stay. Choose from preset templates or create your own questions to understand your guests' experience.
Create your survey
To create and add questions to your survey:
In Guest Engagement, go to Feedback > Survey.
Click Add in either the Post-stay feedback or During-stay feedback tab.
Select Select from the template gallery for preset questions, or Blank question to create your own.
Choose your question type: Rating scales, Multiple options (drop-down), Multiple options (radio), Multiple options (checkbox), Short text, or Long text.
Enter your question text and complete any additional fields.
Add translations for your active languages if needed.
Click Save changes.
💡 Note: Questions will appear in your default language if translations are not provided. Configure your default language in Settings > General > Localisation > Default language.
Manage your questions
To organise your survey:
To reorder questions: Drag and drop them into your preferred order.
To delete a question: Click Edit on the question, then click Delete at the bottom of the page.
Add welcome and completion messages
To customise the messages guests see in your surveys:
In Guest Engagement, go to Feedback > Settings.
Enter your welcome message in the Survey greeting text box.
Enter your closing message in the Survey completion text box.
Add translations for each active language if needed.
Add your property logo
To personalise your Guest Engagement surveys with your logo:
In Guest Engagement, go to Settings > General.
Scroll to Appearance.
Under Logo, select and upload your image.
Test your survey
To preview your survey as guests will see it:
Go to Guests > Add guests.
Fill in reservation details using test information.
Click Add guest.
On the Guest profile page, click the ellipsis button (three dots button) in the guest details panel.
Select Post-stay feedback or During-stay feedback to preview.
