Track and manage all guest feedback ratings in Guest Engagement. View ratings submitted by guests during their stay and after check-out to help improve your guest experience.
View guest feedback ratings in Guest Engagement
To view your guest feedback:
Go to Guest engagement > Guest activity > Feedback.
Choose between Post-stay feedback or During-stay feedback tabs.
View the guest name, rating score (1-5 stars), completed surveys, feedback time, and review widget status.
Click Export to download your feedback data.
💡 Click a guest's name to open their profile where you can:
Access their post-stay feedback
Check their activity timeline
View their contact details and reservation information (if applicable)
See all messages sent to the guest
View their compliance check-in status
