Upload a file
You can add files like .pdf, .doc, .txt into the application and add it as a link to any of your website content.
To upload a file:
Click Photos-Videos.
Click Files.
Then:
Either upload the file either by dragging it into the box
or by clicking on the box, select the file from your computer, then click Open.
Once you upload the file, a URL is generated. You can use this URL as a link anywhere on your website.
Add a download link to your file on the website
After you have uploaded the file, you will need to create a link to the file in your website so that it can be downloaded and viewed by guests browsing your website.
For example, if you want to add a pdf file that contains pricing and conditions for your Spa Promotion, the URL created from uploading it in the Website Builder can be used as a link in your Spa Promotion description.
For this example, you would follow these steps to add a link to the file:
Within the Files page (Photos-Video >> Files), select the file you want to add as a link and click Copy
Go to Spa Promotion (My Property >> Promotion >> Spa Promotion)
In the description, highlight the text to which you want to add a link
Click on the link icon and a Link box appears
Enter the URL then click OK
Click Save
Click Preview Site to view the changes you have made to the website
Click Publish Changes to push the updates to your live website
