Report a Booking.com reservation as a no-show or payment invalid

Booking.com reservations have a tab called Manage Reservation, which allows you to:

  • Report payment card as invalid

  • Request cancellation of reservation due to invalid payment card

  • Mark reservation as a no-show

Report payment card as invalid to Booking.com

  1. Open the Booking.com reservation > click on the Manage Reservation tab

  2. Click Report payment card as invalid to Booking.com

  3. If successful, a green confirmation window will appear

  4. If an error occurs, a red window will display. For further information, please check your Booking.com extranet.

Request cancellation of reservation to Booking.com due to invalid payment card

  1. Open the Booking.com reservation > click on the Manage Reservation tab

  2. Click Request cancellation of reservation to Booking.com due to invalid payment card

  3. If successful, a green confirmation window will appear. Expect a cancellation confirmation from Booking.com.

  4. If an error occurs, a red window will display. For further information, please check your Booking.com extranet.

Request Booking.com to mark reservation as a no-show

  1. Open the Booking.com reservation > click on the Manage Reservation tab

  2. Click Request Booking.com to mark reservation as a no-show

  3. By default, all rooms within the reservation are selected. Untick any rooms you don’t want to report as no-shows

  4. For each no-show room, choose whether to waive the fee by selecting Yes or No under Would you like to waive the no-show fee for this reservation?

  5. To submit the request, click Yes, mark as a no-show

  6. A green confirmation window will appear

  7. If an error occurs, a red window will display. For further information, please check your Booking.com extranet.
