Set up and manage discounts (length of stay, early bird and last minute discounts) when mapping to Airbnb. The discounts will be automatically synced to your Airbnb listing in real-time, saving you the time and need to log in to Airbnb.
If you have an existing listing, and have existing discounts set up via Airbnb’s extranet, when mapping to Airbnb for the first time, all your discounts will sync to Little Hotelier.
Non-refundable discount
Offer a percentage discount (for example, 10%) for non-refundable stays on Airbnb to provide a lower price to guests while helping to reduce revenue loss from last-minute cancellations. If guests book a non-refundable listing via Airbnb, they will not receive a refund if they cancel or change their reservation.
To create a non-refundable discount for Airbnb, when mapping your listing to Airbnb, enter a percentage Discount (enter a number between 1-99) in the Non-refundable option field.
Non-refundable discounts cannot be added if your cancellation policy is set to ‘super strict’.
Length-of-stay discount
Offer a discount on Airbnb if a guest stays a certain number of nights. You can create multiple length-of-stay discounts to offer greater discounts for longer stays.
To create a length-of-stay discount for Airbnb, follow these steps:
Click on the Add discount button.
Select the Length-of-stay (the minimum number of days or weeks for the Length-of-stay discount to take effect).
Enter the percentage Discount (enter a number between 1-99).
To create an additional Length-of-stay discount, click on the Add discount button again.
Early-bird discount
Offer a discount on Airbnb if a guest books a certain number of months (1-36 months) in advance. When adding more than one Early bird discount, offer better discounts according to how soon guests book before their arrival; so the earlier they book, the better the discount.
To create an early-bird discount for Airbnb, follow these steps:
Click on the Add discount button.
Select the Months before arrival (the minimum number of months — from 1 up to 36 — before the guest’s arrival for the Early-bird discount to take effect.
Enter the percentage Discount (enter a number between 1-99).
To create an additional Early-bird discount, click on the Add discount button again.
Last-minute discount
Offer a discount on Airbnb if a guest books a certain number of days before arrival. When adding more than one Last-minute discount, offer better discounts the closer it is to check-in date.
To create a last-minute discount for Airbnb, follow these steps:
Click on the Add discount button.
Select the Days before arrival (the minimum number of days — from 1 up to 28 — before guest arrival for the Last-minute discount to take effect).
Enter the percentage Discount (enter a number between 1-99).
To create an additional Last-minute discount, click on the Add discount button again.
