Create an announcement
To send a one-time message to your guests:
Go to Guest Engagement.
Go to Communication > Announcements.
Click the Create button.
Design your message by adding a subject line, choosing your template, adding an optional header image, selecting background colour, and adding content in each available language.
Click into the Guests tab.
Set your guest selection criteria including arrival dates, departure dates, stay dates and reservation status.
Review the guest list based on your selection.
Click Send.
Confirm to send your announcement.
View announcement results
After sending your announcement:
Go to Guest Engagement.
Go to Communication > Announcements.
Find your announcement in the Sent list.
Click View results to review results including number of messages sent, opened, and any failed deliveries.
Click Export to download a spreadsheet with recipient details, delivery times and open status.
