Guests can send you a message through your Guest Engagement concierge page before their stay.
When a guest sends a message through your concierge:
You will receive an email notification with their message.
The message appears in Guest Engagement > Guest activity > Guest messages.
You can reply directly to the email notification to respond to your guest.
To view guest messages sent through your concierge:
Go to Guest Engagement > Guest activity.
Click Guest messages.
View messages in the table showing the guest name, message content, and when it was created.
