View guest messages sent through your Concierge

View and respond to pre-stay messages that guests send through your Concierge page.

Guests can send you a message through your Guest Engagement concierge page before their stay.

When a guest sends a message through your concierge:

  • You will receive an email notification with their message.

  • The message appears in Guest Engagement > Guest activity > Guest messages.

  • You can reply directly to the email notification to respond to your guest.

To view guest messages sent through your concierge:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Guest activity.

  2. Click Guest messages.

  3. View messages in the table showing the guest name, message content, and when it was created.
