Add services that appear in your Guest Engagement concierge to help guests discover what's available during their stay.
Add additional services to your Concierge
Your additional services appear at the bottom of your Concierge.
To add an additional service:
Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Additional services and select the language you want to add the service in.
Click on the Add button.
Enter the service text (for example, "24-hour room service" or "Gym access included").
Select an icon to represent your service (for example, select the food icon for room service, or the gym icon for fitness facilities).
Click Save.
Once you have added all your additional services, turn the "Active" toggle on to set your additional services live on your Concierge page.
Manage your additional services
Make changes to your additional services at any time:
Click and drag a service to change its position in the list.
Click Delete to remove a service.
Click Edit to update the service text or icon.
💡 Notes:
Add services for each language you have activated in Guest Engagement.
We recommend adding at least 4 services to create an engaging display for your guests.
Keep service names and descriptions brief and clear.
Unlike offers which sync across all languages in Guest Engagement, services must be added individually for each language.
