Create offers in Guest Engagement to sell additional services and experiences to your guests through your digital concierge.
Your offers appear in your digital concierge, allowing guests to purchase additional services, room upgrades, and experiences during their stay.
Add a new upsell offer
To create a new upsell offer in Guest Engagement:
Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Offers.
Click the Add button.
Choose to create from a template or click Add blank offer.
Click Save changes when finished.
Add offer details
Enter these details in the General info tab:
Name and Description — Complete both fields in each active language. Use the text editor to format your descriptions with lists, text colours and links.
Image — Upload a high-quality image using Select image. Images must be at least 800 pixels on the shortest side for best display.
Type of service — Select the category for your offer: Room service, Restaurant, Activities, or Room upgrade.
Order button text — Choose the right button text: Send Enquiry for room upgrades where availability varies, Order Now for immediate services, Book Now for scheduled activities, or Get Voucher for redeemable offers.
Price — Add the standard price for your offer and an optional price for children.
Early booking discount — Set a special rate to display alongside the original price. This will automatically show the discount percentage.
Most popular label — Mark top offers with this label. Use sparingly to maintain impact with guests.
Add questions
In the Questions tab, add questions to gather guest information and calculate prices correctly. For example, add questions about guest numbers, preferred times, or special requirements. See our detailed guide on adding questions to offers.
Preview your offers
View how your upsell offer will appear to guests in your concierge:
Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Open concierge.
Review your offers.
