Create and manage upsell offers through Guest Engagement. Guests can browse your property's Concierge to purchase add-on products, services, and room upgrades, and you can send them targeted messages about your offers. Create an offer

To create a new offer in Guest Engagement:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Offers.

  2. Click the Add button in the top right corner.

  3. Enter a compelling name for your offer that will get guests' attention.

  4. Write a clear description with important information about the offer.

  5. Upload a high-quality image that showcases the offer.

  6. Set the price of the offer and any separate pricing for children if applicable.

  7. Add any questions that guests need to answer to receive the offer.

  8. Choose your order button text such as "Order now", "Place order", "Enquire here", or "Send inquiry".

Write compelling descriptions

The amount of detail in your offer description significantly impacts its success. Strike a balance between providing enough information to convince guests while keeping it concise:

  • Include key benefits that help sell the upgrade or service.

  • Write a short but informative narrative rather than just listing features.

  • Keep descriptions brief, especially since many guests view offers on their phones.

Preview your offers

To review how your offers appear to guests:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Open concierge.

  2. View your offers in the Concierge section.

  3. Check that all details display correctly.
