Configure advanced settings for your Guest Engagement offers and room upgrades.
Set up email notifications for upsell offers
To be notified via email when a guest orders a specific offer through your concierge:
In Guest Engagement, go to Upsell > Offers.
Click Edit on your chosen offer.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Enter the email address in Which email address(es) should be notified when a guest orders this?
⚠️ If no email address is specified, order requests will be sent to the address in Settings > Notifications > Offer confirmations. If that setting is empty, emails go to your property's main email address.
Set up automatic order confirmation
For Guest Engagement offers that don't need manual approval, such as room upgrades based on availability:
Go to Upsell > Offers.
Click Edit on your chosen offer.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Tick Confirm automatically.
Add a redirect URL after purchase
Guide guests to a related website after they place an order through your concierge:
In Guest Engagement, go to Upsell > Offers.
Click Edit on your chosen offer.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Under Send the guest to the following website after they place an order, enter your URL.
If you don't add a URL, guests can continue browsing your concierge.
Manage guest confirmation emails
Set up and customise the confirmation message guests receive about their orders they have made via your concierge:
In Guest Engagement, go to Upsell > Offers.
Click Edit on your chosen offer.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Under Confirmation emails for this offer, click Edit to modify:
Order requested message
Order confirmed message
Order cancelled message
To stop sending confirmation emails to guests, tick Disable messages to the guest.
