Manage orders in Guest Engagement
Manage orders in Guest Engagement

View and manage all guest orders made through Guest Engagement's Concierge feature, including offers and room upgrades.

View your orders

To view all orders from Guest Engagement:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement >Guest activity > Orders.

  2. Click on any order to see its details.

The Orders page shows you:

  • Guest name

  • Offer name and type

  • Revenue amount

  • Order date

  • Order status (Confirmed or Cancelled)

Confirm or cancel orders

To manage a new order:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Guest activity > Orders.

  2. Find the order in the list.

  3. Click Confirm to approve the order or Cancel to decline it.

Set up automatic order confirmation

To automatically confirm orders when guests place them through Guest Engagement:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Offers.

  2. Click Edit on the offer.

  3. Go to the Advanced tab.

  4. Select Confirm automatically.

About Guest Engagement order notifications

When a guest places an order:

  • The guest receives an email confirmation

  • Your property receives a notification at the email address set in Settings > Notifications > Offer confirmations

  • If you manually confirm or cancel an order, the guest receives another email with the update
