Learn how to set up and customise your property's digital Concierge web page and Guest directory.

What is the digital Concierge?

The Concierge is a web page that you can use to help enhance your guests' stay by providing easy access to your property's services and local information. Through your Concierge, guests can access your property’s:

  • Guest directory

  • Upsell offers

  • Directions

  • Additional services

What is the digital guest directory?

The Guest directory is a section in your Concierge page that lets you provide essential property information through digital Info cards. Guests can easily access details about:

  • Check-in and check-out times

  • Parking facilities

  • Swimming pool and other amenities

  • Resort maps and property layouts

  • And more

Guests can access your digital guest directory by scanning QR codes with their mobile devices. We recommend placing these QR codes in bedrooms and common areas throughout your property.

Customise your Concierge appearance

To change how your Concierge looks, go to Guest Engagement > Settings > General > Appearance and modify:

  • Concierge theme colour — select your main colour by choosing a custom colour or adding a specific hex code

  • Guest name — choose how to address guests: first name, last name, full name, or no name

  • Custom default font — select the font used in your Concierge and scheduled emails

  • Logo — upload your property's logo

  • Header image — upload a header image (1600x400 pixels, no text)

Configure your upsell settings

To update settings for your upsell offers page:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Settings.

  2. Enable or disable Concierge features like Messages, Map, and Chat.

  3. Add a Chat URL if using alternate services like Facebook chat or WhatsApp.

  4. Add your loyalty program sign-up page URL.

  5. Enter a welcome subject to greet guests.

Set up upsell order confirmation messages

Go to Guest Engagement > Upsell > Settings to add custom text for your order-related messages:

  • Order requested message

  • Order confirmed message

  • Order cancelled message

Your custom text appears alongside the guest's order details and images.

Add local activities

Choose how to display local activities under your offers:

  • Viator — Show TripAdvisor activities near your property, letting guests view and book through TripAdvisor

  • Tourdesk — Connect your Tourdesk account to sync activities weekly (updates every Sunday)
