This article explains how to configure the email settings for your property.

Property email address
To set up your Property email address — in other words, your property’s primary email address — go to Settings > Emails > Property email address.
The Property email address setting is used for two important purposes:
Inbound emails — notification emails, for example, can be sent to the Property email address (such as when a guest places an order, submits a special request, or requests check-in information).
💡 If you want notification emails to be sent to multiple email addresses, enter the addresses in the Notifications section below the Property email address field.
Outgoing emails — the Property email address will also be the default address used to send emails to your guests.
Notifications
To configure which notifications emails are sent to which email address(es), go to Settings > Emails > Notifications and enter the necessary email address(es) in the following fields:
Offer confirmations
Feedback
Weekly management reports
Check-in messages
Technical messages (no quests added, etc.)
💡 You can enter multiple email addresses in each field by separating them with commas (but do not use spaces).
Custom 'From' email addresses for campaigns
To configure the ‘From’ email address used for your campaigns, go to Settings > Emails and enter the necessary email address in the Custom 'From' email addresses for campaigns field.
⚠️ If you enter the same email address used for any of the other settings mentioned above, you still need to verify it by clicking on Send verification email and following the instructions in the resulting email (which should arrive from Amazon Web Services within five minutes).
