This article explains how to configure the email settings for your property.

💡To update your email settings, go to Settings > Emails.

Property email address

To set up your Property email address — in other words, your property’s primary email address — go to Settings > Emails > Property email address.

The Property email address setting is used for two important purposes:

  • Inbound emails — notification emails, for example, can be sent to the Property email address (such as when a guest places an order, submits a special request, or requests check-in information).

💡 If you want notification emails to be sent to multiple email addresses, enter the addresses in the Notifications section below the Property email address field.

  • Outgoing emails — the Property email address will also be the default address used to send emails to your guests.

Notifications

To configure which notifications emails are sent to which email address(es), go to Settings > Emails > Notifications and enter the necessary email address(es) in the following fields:

  • Offer confirmations

  • Feedback

  • Check-in messages

  • Technical messages (no quests added, etc.)

💡 You can enter multiple email addresses in each field by separating them with commas (but do not use spaces).
