Set up your Guest Engagement email address

To set up your property email address for Guest Engagement:

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Communication > Settings > under Email, click Configure.

  2. Enter your property email address in the Property email address field.

  3. Click Save.

This email address will receive replies and notification emails for guest orders and special requests.

💡 “From” email address: Guests will see your outgoing Guest Engagement emails are sent from the domain 'propertyname@guestjoy.com' (this was previously 'propertyname@guestjoyemail.com') as according to the address in the Outgoing email address field.

Update notification settings for Guest Engagement

Set up which email addresses get different types of notifications for Guest Engagement:

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Enter email addresses for each notification type:

  • Offer confirmations

  • Feedback

  • Check-in messages

  • Technical messages

💡 To send notifications to multiple addresses, separate each address with a comma without spaces. For example: email1@hotel.com,email2@hotel.com,email3@hotel.com
