Let's suppose that you have activated English and Spanish as Additional languages.
However, you have a guest who speaks Finnish.
Which language will they see in the emails they receive, and when they visit the Concierge?
They will see the Default language that you have chosen in Settings > General:
Customers will see content in the Default language when:
They speak a language that is not activated in Additional langauges.
We cannot detect what language they should see (this is very rare).
Remember, if a guest chooses to see the system in a different language (in the language switcher in the top right corner of the Concierge, or from the language options in emails), that choice overrides all of Guest Engagement's settings for that guest. Ultimately, the guest has the final call.
