Set up general settings in Guest Engagement

Learn how to set up your property details, regional settings, and Concierge appearance in Guest Engagement.

Add your property details in Guest Engagement

Go to Guest Engagement > Settings > General to update your basic property information for Guest Engagement:

  • Enter your property name

  • Add your property address

  • Add your Facebook Page URL (required if using Concierge Chat)

  • Enter your property website URL

  • Add your property phone number

Set up your location on the map

To display your property location in the Guest Engagement Concierge directions page:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Settings > General > Address.

  2. Enter your address in the Address field.

  3. Search for and select your location.

Your property will now appear with a marker on the Google map in your Concierge's Directions section.

Configure language and region settings

Go to Guest Engagement > Settings > General > Language and region to set up:

  • Date format for your Concierge and communications

  • Time format for your Concierge and communications

  • Time zone for scheduling messages

  • Default currency

  • Additional languages for custom translations

  • Default language that displays when a guest's preferred language isn't available

Customise your Concierge design

Go to Guest Engagement > Settings > General > Appearance to modify:

  • Concierge theme colour — choose a custom colour or enter a hex code

  • Guest name display — select first name, last name, full name, or no name

  • Custom default font — choose the font for your Concierge and scheduled emails

  • Logo — upload your property logo

  • Header image — upload an image (1600x400 pixels, no text)
