Add clickable phone numbers
To add a clickable phone number to an Info card:
Go to Guest Engagement > Directory > Info cards.
Create a new Info card or edit an existing one.
In the Description field, enter the text you want to appear as a link (for example, "Tap to call reception").
Highlight the text and click the link button in the toolbar.
Enter tel: followed by the phone number (for example, tel:0123456789).
Click the tick button to save.
Where to use clickable numbers
Make it easy for guests to contact key services by adding clickable numbers to Info cards about:
Your property's services like reception, room service, or restaurant.
Local restaurants for dinner reservations.
Nearby useful services like pharmacies or taxi companies.
