How to customise your scheduled messages
Go to Guest Engagement > Communication > Scheduled messages to get started.
Customise the design of your scheduled messages:
Add your property's branding with a header image and logo
Set your primary colour and background colour
Include an attention-grabbing email subject line
Add your custom translations to reach guests in their local language
Use the formatting toolbar to style your text
Add links, such as links to your property’s website or social media pages in the footer.
Personalise messages with guest details
Personalise your scheduled messages by automatically including guest information. Click Insert content in the editing toolbar to add details such as:
Guest first name
Arrival date
Departure date
Booking details
Your property’s address
💡 Tip: Add the guest's first name to your subject line to increase open rates. First, use the insert content tool to insert Guest first name in your message body, then copy and paste it into your subject line.
