Confirmation details sent immediately after booking
Tick Send guest notification emails to guests to send automatic emails whenever a reservation is created (requires email address in reservation record)
Guest cancellation
Cancellation confirmation email sent when a booking is canceled

Reminder email sent before guest arrival with configurable timing

Thank you email sent after guest checkout with configurable timing
Customise emails
Go to Setup > Emails > Guest Emails
Click Edit on the template you want to modify
Personalise text and add images
Preview changes before saving
Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions that appear in your guest emails are pulled directly from your property settings. To review or update these:
Go to Setup > Property & Room Settings > Property Details > Policies
Edit your Terms & Conditions
Save changes
These changes will automatically update in all email templates where Terms & Conditions appear, ensuring your guests always receive your current policies.
