Customise guest emails

Customise your guest communication with customised emails.

Important to know:

  • To customise your guest emails, go to Setup > Emails > Guest Emails

Available templates

  • Guest notification (default) - confirmation details sent after booking

  • Guest cancellation (default) - cancellation confirmation email

  • Guest pre arrival (optional)- reminder email sent before arrival (configurable timing)

  • Guest post departure (optional) - thank you email sent after checkout (configurable timing)

Customise emails

  1. Go to Setup > Emails > Guest Emails

  2. Click Edit on the template you want to modify

  3. Personalise text and add images

  4. Preview changes before saving

Note:

  • Terms & Conditions: to edit go to Setup > Property & Room Settings > Property Details > Policies

Email fields

All templates

  • Subject line

  • Header image and text

  • Footer image and text

Pre-arrival & Post-departure templates (only)

  • Enabled

  • Days before/after check-in/checkout

Send a test email

  • Edit the template

  • Click Preview to see changes

  • Enter an email address in the To: field

  • Click Send Test Email

Image notes

  • Use complete URLs (http:// or https://)

  • Use .jpg, .gif, or .png formats

  • Max size: 600x210 pixels

  • Pre-arrival emails may not be sent for bookings made after the set timeframe
