Your channel manager has built-in reporting features to help you managereservations, and analyse channel performance. With these insights, you can

make informed decisions, and build your distribution strategy by comparing your channel data.

You can run and export the following reports from your channel manager:


Run and export reports

To run a report:

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Click on the tabs depending on the report you want: CHECKIN REPORT, CHANNEL YIELD or CHANNEL ANALYSIS

  3. Enter a date range and specify the search criteria like check-in or a check-out date

  4. Click Run Report to view your report in the channel manager

  5. Click Export to download a.CSV file that you can open as a spreadsheet with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, etc.

Please note: Some channels do not update the channel manager when cancellations occur, reporting data for these channels will not factor in any cancellations that may have occurred.

Reservations report

View and export a list of reservations for a specific date period for their reservation status, check-in and check-out dates, guest details, total amount of the reservation and PMS status.

Please note: New feature has been released to give you more clarity of reservation source and now you can see " Addition of Affiliate Channel Code " in the CSV export.

Once a search has been performed:

  1. Click Download CSV

  2. Click RESERVATION SUMMARY or ROOM STAY REPORT

Checkin report

View a list of check-ins along with the guest details, room details, the period of stay, and booking date for each day of the selected search criteria.

Please note: you can export a CSV with the following data: reservation ID, channel, affiliated channel, booked at, modified at, cancelled at, room, check-in, check-out, guests, adults, children and infants.

Channel Yield report

View the channel performance statistics for a selected date range and a grand total for channel statistics.

Avg Lead Time specifies the time taken between when a guest makes their booking and their actual arrival.

If your Channels are sending the reservations total inclusive of taxes, the Channel Yield report will also be inclusive of taxes.

Channel Analysis - Summary

This report displays the channel performance statistics for a selected date range.

Channel Analysis - Performance report

Produce reports that target and compare specific key metrics per channel, such as:

  • Total Earnings

  • Average Earnings per Reservation

  • Reservation Count

  • Total Room Count

  • Total Room Nights

Use this report to identify trends by visualising and comparing your channels’ performance metrics.
