Introducing GuestTouch

GuestTouch is a comprehensive guest messaging platform that can communicate with guests throughout their journey—at pre-arrival, check-in, during their stay, and post-stay. The GuestTouch - Messaging app connects GuestTouch to your Little Hotelier platform so you can increase communication with your Little Hotelier guests.

GuestTouch provides many powerful features including:

  • SMS and WhatsApp: send messages straight to your guests’ mobile devices via these popular messaging options that are sure to be noticed promptly.

  • Two-way messaging: chat with guests to build close relationships and truly understand their needs.

  • Automated messages: send messages to guests automatically at key points such as booking and check-out, and use message templates to save time.

  • Send pre-arrival information: inform your guests of key details before they arrive, or allow them to check-in.

  • Contact your staff: communicate with your staff members to make sure everyone is working together efficiently.

  • Google Business Messages: allow potential guests to message you from the Google Search page.

Set up the GuestTouch app

It’s easy to get started with GuestTouch by using the GuestTouch app for Little Hotelier:

  1. Go to the Little Hotelier app store and click on the GuestTouch - Messaging app.

  2. Complete the form to send an enquiry to GuestTouch. They will be in touch to provide a demo of the platform, or to start your setup. In the setup, they will create a new GuestTouch account for you, and connect it to your Little Hotelier by using the GuestTouch app.

  3. You are now ready to start using guest messaging to deliver amazing guest experiences.
