Submitting data to SES Hospedajes
You will no longer need to send your guests' data to the Guardia Civil or the Policía Nacional Webpol. Communications must now be sent to SES Hospedajes which is an application developed by the Ministry of the Interior.
This change does not apply in the Autonomous Communities of the Basque Country and Catalonia, based on regulations published by the Government of Euskadi and the Generalitat. In these territories, you should continue submitting your guests' data and bookings to the Mossos or the Registro Hotelero de la Ertzaintza.
Additionally, the amount of data to be collected has increased considerably, including not only the personal details of guests but also information about bookings. Furthermore, highly sensitive data is now required, such as payment methods, amounts, bank card numbers, or bank account numbers. This regulation requires the data of all guests, including those under 14 years old.
