How to enable and resend booking confirmation e-mails for guests

Enable booking confirmation e-mails

To enable booking confirmation e-mails:

  1. Go to Front Desk > Setup > Emails > Guest Emails.

  2. Click Edit next to Guest Notification.

  3. Tick Send guest notification e-mails to guests.

  4. Click Save.

Send a booking confirmation email for manual bookings created in Front Desk:

  1. Open the reservation.

  2. Click on Email > Confirmation.

Resend a direct booking confirmation e-mail

To resend a direct booking confirmation e-mail to a guest:

  1. Go to My Apps > Direct Booking > Reservations.

  2. Search for the reservation using the guest's last name, booking date, or check-in date.

  3. Click on the reservation number.

  4. Locate Email (Resend Notification).

  5. Select Resend Notification.

💡 If the guest hasn't received the confirmation e-mail, ask them to check their Spam, Junk, and Other folders.
