This article is for customers who use Guest Engagement and/or Little Hotelier Pay.

If Little Hotelier's domains are not on your Booking.com e-mail allowlist, your booking confirmation e-mails, payment requests, and Guest Engagement messages will not reach guests who booked through Booking.com.

To enhance security, Booking.com has implemented settings that block any system (including Little Hotelier) from sending messages to guests unless the system's e-mail address and any included links are approved.
