Use the Little Hotelier Pay dashboard to manage your payment activity.

What is the Payments dashboard?

The Little Hotelier Pay dashboard offers a clear view of all your transactions and bank payouts processed through Little Hotelier Pay. Track your payments, refunds, fees, and payout statuses. Use the payment terminal to process payment not related to reservations, manage your payment requests and automated payment rules.

Navigating the dashboard

To access the Payments dashboard, go to My apps > Payments (only available on desktop)

The dashboard is split into five tabs: Transactions, Payouts, Payment terminal, Payment requests and Automated payments

Transactions

  • Summary view: lists all charges and refunds processed through Little Hotelier Pay. Information includes date, time, description/reservation number, name, payment method, transaction type and amount.

  • ​​​​​Detailed view: clicking a specific transaction provides more detailed information including any associated refunds

Payouts

  • Summary view: lists all payouts deposited or in transit to your bank account. It shows the date, payout status, linked account and payout amount.​

  • Detailed view: clicking a specific payout displays details about the transactions included (charges, refunds, fees). Clicking on individual transactions takes you to their detailed view.

Payment terminal

The Payment terminal allows you to securely accept credit and debit card payments through your Front Desk, eliminating the need for a physical terminal. Process payments for:

  • Walk-in transactions: process payments for guests who prefer not to book online

  • Ad-hoc payments: take one-off payments for additional charges or services

Payment requests

Send a secure payment request directly to your guest's email or copy a payment request link and send via a messaging application (e.g; WhatsApp, Facebook etc), allowing them to make payment with an accepted card through a secure webpage.

Useful for:

  • Settling an outstanding balance for a reservation

  • Sending a request for a failed payment

  • Missing payment information

  • Additional charges

  • Last minute reservations

Automated payments

Automated payments is a feature that allows you to set up payment rules to charge guests automatically at different times in their booking journey.

Invoices

Download monthly Little Hotelier Pay invoices from the third business day of each month for the previous month’s activity.

  1. Go to My apps > Payments

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Click on Invoices

  4. Click Generate to send your invoice to the email address associated with your Little Hotelier Pay account
