The Little Hotelier Pay dashboard has a Payouts tab which is where you can view all payouts deposited or in transit to your bank account.
Little Hotelier Pay offers convenient daily payouts. When a payment is processed, all funds accumulated throughout the day are collected and held. Any refunds issued are deducted from this total. Then funds are transferred to your nominated bank account in a single daily transfer.
To access Payouts in the Payments dashboard
Go to My apps > Payments > Payouts
View a summary of all your payouts
Click on a payout to see more detailed information including associated transactions

The Payouts tab displays information about your current and past payouts, including:
Account balance: shows the amount not yet paid out
In transit: shows funds currently being transferred to your nominated bank account
Next payout: date and time of the next scheduled payout
Estimated arrival: an estimate of when the In transit funds will reach your bank account
View payout details
Click on a payout to see:
Status: To be paid out, In transit, Paid, Failed or Cancelled
Summary: an overview of transactions included in the payout (payments, refunds, adjustments) with their total amounts and fees
Associated transactions: a list of every transaction included in the payout
Filter and export payouts
Filter your payouts data by:
To export payout data as a CSV file, apply filters, click Apply and then click Export.
