View scheduled messages performance
Go to Guest Engagement > Analytics > Emails.
View the following:
Overview tab with a performance summary of scheduled messages (pre-stay, during-stay, and post-stay) including how many were sent, opened, and clicked.
Scheduled messages tab showing performance of specific pre-stay, during-stay and post-stay messages.
Email domain breakdown tab showing performance by domain.
Performance benchmarks
Use these benchmarks as a general guide for message performance:
Pre-stay messages:
Reservation confirmation emails: Good performance is an open rate above 83% and click rate above 17%.
Upsell emails: Good performance is an open rate above 77% and click rate above 26%.
Post-stay messages:
Feedback and reminder emails: Good performance is an open rate above 62% and click rate above 41%.
