What is the Check-ins list?
💡 To view your property’s check-in list, go to Guest activity > Check-ins.
The Check-ins list is a list containing data of all the guests who filled in their check-in form prior to arrival.
View your list of Check-ins
To view your property’s Check-ins list, follow these steps:
Go to Guest activity > Check-ins.
Click on the guest’s Name to open their Guest profile for their stay, which will include information about the reservation if they provided it via the check-in form, such as Name, Emails, Language, and Phone Number.
On the Check-ins page, you can also do the following:
Open PDF — hover over the row of the guest you want to view the data for the Check-in form for, then click the Open PDF to generate a fully formatted PDF of the guest's Check-in form.
Export — export the entire list of guests who completed the Check-in form and download the data as a .xlsx file.
View guests who provided their payment card details when completing the Check-in form. (The credit card icon will be shown next to the guest’s name if a guest provided their payment details.)
