Concierge Settings

To configure your property’s Concierge settings, go to Upsell > Settings and update the following:

  • Concierge items active — turn on/off certain features in the Concierge (Messages, Map, Chat).

  • Chat URL — add a URL if you want to use an alternate chat service (such as Facebook chat or WhatsApp). If you require assistance with the Chat URL, please contact our support team.

  • Loyalty URL — add the URL to your property's loyalty program sign-up page (if applicable).

  • Welcome subject — enter a subject in which will be used to greet the guest (for example: Welcome, Hi, Hello, Dear, Hey there).

  • Confirmation emails — add custom text for order-related email communications:

    • Order requested email

    • Order confirmed email

    • Order cancelled email

💡The custom text in confirmation emails will be included with the details of the guest's order and the image (if applicable).

  • Activities — activities are displayed under your offers according to your property's location. There are two options:

    • Viator — show activities from TripAdvisor in the area around your property. When a guest clicks Read more, they will see further information about the activity, and a link to the activity in TripAdvisor where they will have the option to book it.

    • Tourdesk — an option if you have a Tourdesk account. Tick TourDesk, then enter your Tourdesk API key, which will enable Tourdesk activities to synced to the Concierge:

💡 Tourdesk activities are only synchronised once per week (on Sundays).
