What is a guest profile?
Little Hotelier creates a profile for every guest who stays at your property. The profile contains information such as first name, last name, email address and past reservations.
Understand your guests and see their preferences for future stays or offer them special deals or seasonal offers to keep them coming back to your property.
How are guest profiles created?
Guest profiles are created automatically when a reservation is made, based on details in:
- Details: primary contact information (mandatory: first name, last name and optional: email address) is unique
- Guests: when additional guests are added to a reservation with unique details
What information is included on a guest profile?
Depending on what fields were filled in on your guest’s profile under a reservation, a guest profile can have the following fields:
- Guest details: name, address, phone number, identification details
- Recent bookings: information about previous stays at your property (booking reference, stay dates, room type)
- Marketing preferences: whether the guest consents to receiving promotional emails

- Find the reservation on Calendar or Reservations
- Open the reservation
- If the guest was the primary contact, update the Details tab with new guest information
- If not the primary contact, update details in the Guests tab
- This creates a new profile for the new guest. Now you can delete the original profile.
