⚠️ The Police Report is required by the Spanish law and should be provided by hotels on a daily basis. The report is only available when the Property Country is set to Spain.
The report contains information on guests 16 years and older for all the reservations, including accompanying guests who checked-in and checked-out on the date selected.
Before you start exporting the police report, you must first add your Hotel Establishment Code. This code is essential for the report and is provided by the Police.
To add the Hotel Establishment Code:
Click Setup
Click Update Property Details
Enter Hotel Establishment Code found under the property Name
Click Save
To export the police report:
Click Reports
Click Police Report
Enter a date range (Date From/To). The date range defaults to the current business day
Enter the Report Reference Number. The number is automatically generated but you can change this at any time.
Click Export Report
A .txt file will be exported and is ready to download. You can then upload this to the police website. Click here to download the police report manual for information on how to upload the police report.
