View your property's performance through an interactive graph that displays both room revenue and average daily rate (ADR) trends, comparing current period data against the previous year. The current period (default view) shows your pace data for the next 30 days, filter by:

  • Reservations: Total number of completed reservations

  • Reservation revenue: Current year’s total revenue, calculated by adding the nightly room rates for all reservations (excludes extras and card surcharges)

  • Room nights: Total number of room nights sold/occupied during the selected date range

  • Average daily rate: Mean rate per day, calculated by dividing the daily revenue per room by the total number of rooms sold (excludes extras and card surcharges)

Performance changes are clearly indicated through colour-coded percentages - green for increases and red for decreases compared to the previous period, while a blue dash indicates where no comparative data is available.

Source market

The Source market pie chart shows which source markets (countries) your guests are coming from, based on your selected date range.
