Overview
Maintain consistency across your connected channels by sending inventory updates for your rooms and rates from Front Desk to Channel Manager, also known as a Flush.
What is a Flush?
A flush is a manual update to push any recent changes you’ve made to Room Types or Room Rates in Little Hotelier from Front Desk to your connected channels in Channel Manager to refresh information such as:
Inventory updates: prices, restrictions, and availability
Features and photos: updates for channels with content sync
General: rooms and rates settings updates
When to Flush
After creating a new Room Type or Room Rate
After updating Room Type or Room Rate settings
If changes haven't synced quickly
When to hold off
Mapping errors: don't flush if there are issues with how your channels are displaying your information. Address the mapping errors first.
Recent minor changes: give the system 5 minutes before sending a flush.
Bulk updates: if you've made many changes at once, the sync might take longer.
System errors: If you encounter technical problems, start a chat with our support team.
Types of Flushes
Room Type level: updates general settings like availability threshold, min/max stay and occupancy, features, photos and room categories if you are connected to a channel with content sync.
Room Rate level: updates rate details like min/max stay, release period and occupant fees and occupancy if you are connected to a channel with content sync.
