Learn how to manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for your Little Hotelier account.
Before you start
Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings via User icon (top right) > My account
MFA setup is mandatory within 30 days of first login
Only one authentication method can be used at a time (this can be reset any time)
The Little Hotelier mobile app is recommended for MFA as the most secure option
Overview
Multi-factor authentication adds an essential security layer to your account. After entering your email and password, you'll need to provide a unique one-time password from either the Little Hotelier mobile app or an alternative authenticator app. This additional security measure protects sensitive guest and property data from unauthorised access.
Setting up MFA
Each staff member needs their own user account to access Little Hotelier and complete MFA on their personal device.
