A support code is a six digit code used to verify your identity when contacting our customer support team. Find your support code in your Little Hotelier Front Desk. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will ask you to enter your support code before being connected to our support team.
If you are unable to log in to your account, you will be asked a series of questions to verify your identity.
To get a support code:
Log in to your Little Hotelier account > go to Front Desk.
Click on your profile icon > click Get support code.
A support code will be automatically generated and will be valid for 24 hours.
Follow the instructions of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and enter the support code into the number pad on your device when prompted.
💡Note:
If you have access to more than one property, you will need to log in/switch to the property you need help with to find the appropriate support code.
Support codes cannot be generated from Payments or Insights.
