💡 Important to know:

  • You need to have a Little Hotelier account in order to use the Little Hotelier app. If you don’t yet have a Little Hotelier account and you wish to have one, contact our sales team.


About the Little Hotelier app

With the Little Hotelier app, you can not only get notifications whenever your property has a new reservation, cancellation, check-in, or check-out, but also manage your reservations and room closures — and all from the convenience of your smartphone or tablet.

The Little Hotelier app supports the following front-desk functionalities:

  • Create and edit reservations.

  • Create and reopen room closures.

  • Check in and check out guests.

  • Set up and receive notifications for any cancellations, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

  • Process payments with your integrated payment gateway.

💡 Some functionalities, such as Setup , Inventory , and Reports, are not available on the app and must instead be managed using the desktop version of Little Hotelier.


Download and install the Little Hotelier mobile app

The Little Hotelier app is available for free with the latest versions of iOS and Android on both smartphones and tablets. To download and install it, simply follow these links on your device:

💡 Alternatively, you can find the app in the App Store or Play Store by searching for ‘Little Hotelier’.


Log in to the Little Hotelier mobile app

Once you have downloaded and installed the app, launch it, and log in using the same account details you use to login to Little Hotelier from your computer.

💡 If you manage more than one property, you will be asked after logging in to select which property you want to view — just select the relevant option and click on Continue. You can also switch accounts at any time by logging out via Home , then logging in again and choosing a different property.


User permissions for the Little Hotelier mobile app

Admin users

As with the desktop version of Little Hotelier, Admin users have full access to the app.

General users

General user permissions are determined by Admin users, who can restrict and grant access to specific sections of the app: Calendar only, Reservations only, etc.
