To assist with technical reservation delivery troubleshooting to Little Hotelier, you can download and view reservation XML files.
For inventory sync issues (like receiving reservations despite zero availability), you need to contact the channel directly to request XML logs for specific reservations.
To download the reservation XML file:
Go to My apps > Channel Manager
Click on the Reservations tab
Search for the reservation using the available filters and click Search
Click on the Reservation ID to open the Booking Summary
Click on the Little Hotelier tab
Click the download icon to download the XML file to your computer
Open the file using a text editor like Notepad to view the contents
