Cancel my Little Hotelier subscription

If your property is closing, you’re switching to a different provider, or for any other reason, you can cancel your Little Hotelier subscription. Before doing so, we offer two options:

  • On Hold: provides you with the flexibility to suspend your subscription for up to three months, which can be helpful during renovations or short term closures.

  • Change of ownership: if you have recently sold your property or will not be directly managing your account this option gives you the ability to transfer your account to a new owner.


Before cancelling your subscription

If you’re thinking of cancelling your Little Hotelier subscription, our team is here to help. Contact us if you would like to book a call to discuss any issues and potential solutions before cancelling.

Before you cancel your account, please check your subscription’s terms and conditions. The terms and conditions would have been sent to the contact who signed up.


How to cancel my subscription

Requests can only be made by the Primary billing user or Billing users. To manage billing users, click your Property Name > select Billing > click the Billing users tab.

To cancel your Little Hotelier subscription:

  1. Click on your Property Name in the top right hand corner and select Billing from the drop down list.

  2. You will be redirected to the self-service Billing portal, select Accounts.

  3. Click Manage account.

  4. This opens the account request form, click Continue and select Cancel my account.

  5. Complete the required fields in the form.​

Notes:

  • If you are a Little Hotelier Basics customer and signed up online, your request will be actioned as soon as possible and you will receive an email confirming that your request has been processed.

  • If you are not a Little Hotelier Basics customer and set up with the help of our team, you will be contacted to confirm your details and gather any additional information.

Cancel Demand Plus - Hotel Metasearch

You have the option to suspend or cancel Demand Plus. After your Cancellation date, you’ll no longer have access to reconcile Demand Plus reservations. Our Accounts team will send a final invoice for all future reservations, so it’s important to do a final reconciliation for all future bookings before the cancellation date.

Cancel Little Hotelier Pay

You can disable deposits for your Direct Booking rates instead of cancelling your Little Hotelier Pay account.

If you are only requesting to cancel Little Hotelier Pay, a 30-day Cancellation policy does not apply.

How can I reactivate my account?

Whether you cancelled your Little Hotelier subscription recently or a while back, we’re here to help reactivate your account.

  • If you have cancelled recently (within 30 days): please reach out to our support team to discuss reactivation options.

  • If you have cancelled more than 30 days ago: get in touch with our sales team to discuss reactivation options. Setup fees and new pricing may apply.
