How to run an Invoice report

View all reservation invoice details, with filters for reservation date, invoice status, and payment status.

The Invoice report gives you a central view of all reservation invoices for a chosen period, without needing to open each reservation individually to review or download invoice details.

Use it to identify invoices that are not yet finalised or have outstanding payments, without opening each reservation individually.

Run the invoice report

The report displays a summary at the top of the page for invoices for the last 12 months. Use the filters to narrow results by date range, invoice status, or payment status.

To run the invoice report:

  1. Go to My Apps > Front Desk.

  2. Go to Reports.

  3. Click Invoices.

  4. Select a Reservation date range.

  5. Select an Invoice status filter if required.

  6. Select a Payment status filter if required.

  7. Click Apply.

Download and export invoices

  • Click Download invoice PDFs to download invoices as PDF files.

  • Click Export to download the report as a CSV file.
