Important to know:
To go to Billing, click on your Property Name in the top right hand corner and select Billing from the drop down list
Only billing users can access self-service Billing
Invoices
Accessing your invoices
Click on your Property Name in the top right hand corner and select Billing from the drop down list
Click on Invoices
Use the filters to narrow your search results:
Account: select a billing account
Date Range: specify a date range for invoicesInvoice Number: enter an invoice number for quick retrieval (recommended)
Click Search to apply the filters
Download and export invoices
Download individual invoices: click the download button next to an invoice to save it as a PDF
Export all invoices within the search results: click Export as CSV to download a spreadsheet containing your filtered invoice data. This exports the table data, not individual invoices.
Payments
View and export payment history
Click on your Property Name in the top right hand corner and select Billing from the drop down list
Click on Invoices
Under the filters, click Payments
Use the filters to narrow your search results:
Account: select a billing account
Date Range: specify a date range for paymentsPayment Number: search by payment number (found in your confirmation email)
Click Export as CSV to download a spreadsheet with your filtered payment data
Adjustments
Understanding adjustments
Adjustments are separate charges or deductions that modify the total payable amount on a billing account. Adjustments are made separately from your regular invoice payments and are often made for additional fees or discounts.
View adjustment history
Click on your Property Name in the top right hand corner and select Billing from the drop down list
Click on Invoices
Under the filters, click Adjustments
Use the filters to narrow your search results:
Account: select a billing accountDate Range: specify a date range for adjustments
Click the download button next to an adjustment to download a PDF
