Navigating the Little Hotelier Billing portal

The Billing portal helps you manage your Little Hotelier invoices and payments. Use the tabs on the left to access different features:

  • Overview: see your billing account/s and any outstanding balances

  • Invoices: view, download and manage invoices and payments for each account

  • Booking fees: view pending and invoiced booking fees for your commission based subscription (Little Hotelier Basics and Flex) or products (Demand Plus). See a breakdown of how booking fees are calculated and the billable amount for each transaction.

  • Accounts: update payment methods for your billing accounts

  • Billing users: (for Billing users only) manage users who can access self-serve Billing

Multiple billing accounts

You can have separate billing accounts for different Little Hotelier products such as your subscription and any value add products like Demand Plus. Each account is billed separately. Ensure automatic payments are set up for each account you want them enabled for.

Viewing invoices

Each account has a View invoices button leading you to the Invoices tab. Here you can see past and current invoices, payments and adjustments for that account.

Paying invoices

If your account balance isn't zero and you see a Pay now button, there’s an outstanding invoice. Click Pay Now to make a payment. When completing payment, you can choose to enable automatic payments for future invoices, saving you time and avoiding missed payments.

Automatic payments and account balance

  • Set up automatic payments per account or update your payment method in the Accounts tab

  • Paying a pending invoice in full will set your account balance to zero

  • Overpayments will be credited to future invoices

Billing account status

  • No status shown: no overdue invoices but there might be an upcoming payment due. Settle it before the due date.

  • Overdue: one or more invoices are overdue. Pay them immediately to avoid restricted access or cancellation of your services.
