Introduction to Tripadvisor Review Express
Tripadvisor Review Express is a free review collection platform driven by e-mail, making it easy for hotels to ask recent guests to submit reviews of their stay on Tripadvisor.
Once integrated, you can automatically send Review Express e-mails to any guests who have booked through your Booking Engine and stayed at your property.
💡 You must have an account with Tripadvisor Review Express to integrate it with your Booking Engine.
Integrate Tripadvisor Review Express
Go to Direct Booking > Setup > Integrations > Integration.
Find Tripadvisor Review Express and click on Enable.
Enter your property’s Tripadvisor URL.Click on Save to start the mapping process, which usually takes up to 24 hours. Once complete, the extranet will display the status as active.
After 24 hours, go to Tripadvisor Review Express, search for your property, select it, opt in to automate selecting Siteminder TBB as provider.
Once complete, customers who have booked through your Booking Engine and stayed at your property will receive Review Express e-mails asking them to review your property.
