Process a payment through your mobile app reservation

  1. Open the reservation in your mobile app

  2. Tap on Take payment

  3. Tap on the Process tab > Payment details > enter your guest’s payment details

  4. Enter the Amount to be charged

  5. (Optional) Tap Add note to enter notes about the payment and slide the toggle to Add copy of note to invoice

  6. (Optional) Mark payment as deposit, Apply surcharge, Email copy of invoice

  7. Tap Review to confirm payment details

  8. Tap Charge

Create and send a payment request through your mobile app

  1. Open the reservation in your mobile app

  2. Tap on Take payment

  3. Tap on the Request tab > complete the required fields (Reservation ID/Reference ID, Guest name, Amount, Reason for payment request, Guest message)

  4. Select how you want to share your payment request from the drop-down list:

    1. Email: send the payment request to the guest via email

    2. SMS: open your preferred SMS application, then create and send a message with the payment request link

    3. Link: send the payment request link via the application of your choice

  5. Tap Send request for [x amount]

Record a payment through your mobile app reservation

  1. Open the reservation in your mobile app

  2. Tap on Take payment

  3. Tap on the Record tab > Payment details > enter the Amount to be recorded

  4. Select the Payment date

  5. Select the Payment type from the drop-down list and fill in any required details

  6. (Optional) Tap Add note to enter notes about the payment and slide the toggle to Add copy of note to invoice

  7. (Optional) Mark payment as deposit, Apply surcharge, Email copy of invoice

  8. Check the Total amount and, if applicable, make sure it includes any necessary surcharges and/or fees

  9. Tap Review to confirm payment details

  10. Tap Record [x amount]
