Open the reservation in your mobile app

Tap on Payments and refunds

Select the payment that you want to refund

Tap on Process a refund

Confirm/edit the amount

(Optional) Tap Add note to enter notes about the refund and slide the toggle to Add copy of note to invoice

(Optional) Slide the toggle to Email copy of invoice

Tap Review to confirm refund details

Tap Refund​
