Where can I print a guest registration form?
Guest registration forms can be printed individually from each reservation. They can also be printed in bulk from the 'Check In' report.

Are my policies displayed on the registration form?
Your terms and conditions are included in the registration form. As guests are signing an agreement with you it's important to keep your policies up to date.

What can I email directly to a guest from their reservation?
You can email a guest their booking confirmation, booking summary, and invoice from their reservation.

Can I download any reservation details?
Yes, you can export a CSV file containing several details about your reservations. Use filters in the Reservations page to narrow your results to the reservations you're looking for.

Where can I see all my reservations including cancelled ones?
From your Reservations page you can view all confirmed, checked in, checked out, and cancelled reservations.

Can I delete a guest's profile?
You can delete a guest's profile when there are duplicates or a guest has requested their information not be stored. A profile cannot be deleted if it's attached to an active reservation.

What's useful about guest profiles?
Guest profiles store all of the guest's comments as well as your internal notes from their previous stays. This empowers you to provide a personalised experience to your guest.
